	How long does delivery take?Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
	How do I track my order?A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can monitor your delivery in real time at any point.
	Will I have to pay customs or import fees?In most cases no additional fees apply. However customs policies vary by country and any import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. This is rare but worth knowing.

	My item arrived damaged. What do I do?We are sorry to hear that. Email us at velnexi.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
