Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable: used products and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. In such cases, VELNEXI will cover all associated costs.
